Customers may return Steel Seal to us within 45 days of purchase date for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please be sure that your return is within this timeframe, as we will not issue a refund for any product returned after the 45 days.

Product must be returned in re-saleable condition and shipped by a traceable method. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please include the name and address the product was ordered under to minimize any delay in processing your refund. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be issued to your credit card or for your check to be mailed in the case of a C.O.D.

Packages unable to be delivered because of customer errors in addressing, no response from a recipient after multiple delivery attempts or refused by the recipient will be returned to us by our carrier. A $10 return shipping fee is charged by our carriers for this service and will be deducted from any refund processed on a returned package.

We guarantee that Steel Seal will permanently repair a blown head gasket, cracked head or cracked block for as long as you own your vehicle. This guarantee is non-transferable. If Steel Seal fails to repair your blown head gasket, cracked head or cracked block or if the seal fails at any point during the time you own your vehicle we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Simply send us a copy of one of the following dated after receipt of your product:

An estimate from a licensed repair facility which states that the vehicle has been diagnosed with a blown head gasket, cracked head or cracked block.

A receipt from a towing company, charitable organization or junkyard that states your vehicle has been donated or junked.
